Why Concho Valley ER

After spending years in corporate healthcare in Houston, Dr. Speck tired of the “metrics over medicine” dysfunctional healthcare environment. When the opportunity to develop Concho Valley ER with a group of like-minded Physicians became available, he made the decision to leave corporate medicine. Dr. Speck appreciates the ability to spend time with patients and provide comprehensive, compassionate emergency care without the constraints of administrators disconnected from the needs of patients. He truly enjoys and appreciates the opportunity to care for the community.

Personal

Dr. Speck has roots in the Concho Valley, spending summers working on the family ranch in McCulloch County and making trips to the livestock sale barn in San Angelo. He is grateful to now call San Angelo home.
